Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to process all orders within 2–3 business days. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Orders are shipped via the carrier selected through our Shopify-integrated shipping partners.

  • Shipping is available within Canada only.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, the weight and dimensions of your order, and real-time rates from our shipping partners.

  • Rheoca does not mark up shipping fees — the rates shown at checkout are passed directly from the carrier.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid physical address to avoid delays.

We are unable to hold shipments for future delivery dates. Please verify your shipping information before placing your order.

If you entered an incorrect address at checkout, contact us immediately at hello@rheoca.com. While we’ll do our best to assist, address changes are not guaranteed after fulfillment begins.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or fulfilled. If you would like to cancel, please contact us at sales@rheoca.com within 24 hours of placing your order to inquire about the order status.
