RETURN POLICY
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction is important to us.
If there is an issue with your order — for example:

You received the wrong item

Your package arrived damaged

Your product is missing

The item was unusable upon arrival
Please contact us at sales@rheoca.com within 7 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include the following in your email:

Your full name and the order number

A clear description of the problem

Photographs of the item, including:

The product itself

The outer packaging and shipping box

Any visible damage or quality concern

Date the package was received
Once we review your request, we may offer a replacement at our discretion. If your order qualifies for a replacement due to damage or fulfillment error, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement to you. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not request returned items. We reserve the right to deny claims that are incomplete, submitted after 7 days, or determined to be inconsistent with delivery records.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package was lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at hello@rheoca.com. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and, once confirmed, provide a replacement.
